Sales and Rights Management Tool is a broadcasting rights and contracts management platform built for the Australian Children's Television Foundation. It handles the full lifecycle of TV show licensing — from negotiating territorial rights and exclusivity windows to tracking contract line items, holdbacks, and multi-currency financials across global markets. Built on Laravel 12 and React 19 with Inertia.js, the system features a sophisticated rights-clash detection engine, hierarchical catalogue management, detailed sales and financial reporting with Excel export, and role-based access control for sales teams and administrators. The result is a purpose-built internal tool that replaces spreadsheet-driven workflows with a fast, reliable single-page application tailored precisely to the realities of international content distribution.
